Carvel Ice Cream Cake is the Devil

Ice Cream Cake + Pregnant Lady = Bad Dr. apt this week. I surprised R with an ice cream cake for his birthday today. I'm not really sure he has enjoyed it as much as I have though. As I'm typing this, I'm eating my third piece. Yes, I said THIRD! I can feel my ass breaking through my pants as we speak. The 7 months of control I had on my appetite and diet seems to have flown out the window this month. If I don't have this baby soon I'm going to be the first women to give birth to a baby, apple pie and ice cream cake. I know..I'm so sorry...not a pretty picture.
